Terms of Service

The Service is intended strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher — and adult content must be legal in the jurisdiction from which you access the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We may ask you to confirm your age at any time and may suspend accounts where eligibility is in doubt.

livedreams is an AI studio that generates synthetic images and videos from text prompts and from media you upload. The Service is adult-oriented. All generated content is artificial, fictional, and produced by AI models. No real person is depicted in any generated output. Any resemblance to a real person is unintended and coincidental.

You may use the Service as an anonymous guest or register with an email address or a Google account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. One person may not operate multiple accounts. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Generations are paid for with credits. Credits are sold in one-time packs — there is no subscription, nothing renews, and credits never expire.
• Credits are a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service. They are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for currency.
• Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency only. Crypto payments are final and irreversible by design; chargebacks are not possible.
• Failed generations are refunded automatically. If a run fails or is rejected by the model, the credits for that run return to your balance within seconds. Beyond this, purchases are refundable only where required by applicable law.
• Quality is not a failure. A completed generation that simply doesn't match your expectations — anatomy, style, likeness to the idea in your head — is not a failed run and is not refundable. Refunds apply only to runs that fail outright or are rejected by the model or by our policy screen. See Section 8 for how to get consistently better results.
• Signup bonuses, first-purchase bonuses, and referral rewards are promotional. They are limited to one per person, device, and payment method. We may withhold, void, or reclaim promotional credits and suspend accounts where we detect multi-accounting, farming, or other abuse.
• Prices and pack contents may change at any time, prospectively only.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Content Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. In addition, you agree not to:

• use the Service for any purpose that is illegal under any applicable law;
• abuse or exploit children in any way, or generate, request, or distribute material that depicts or sexualizes minors, including AI-generated material;
• violate the rights of any third party, including by using anyone's name, image, voice, or likeness without their consent;
• access the Service through bots, scrapers, scripts, or other automated means, or attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or circumvent any part of the Service, including its security, credit, or anti-abuse systems;
• engage in fraud, impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your age or identity;
• sell, rent, or transfer your account or access to the Service to anyone else;
• use the Service where the failure or inaccuracy of AI output could reasonably be expected to cause death, serious injury, or significant harm.

When you upload a photo or video (for example as a first frame or a reference), you represent and warrant that:

• you own the upload or hold every right and license needed to use it with the Service;
• every person depicted in the upload is an adult who has given you their explicit consent to this use;
• the upload complies with the Content Policy.

You retain ownership of your uploads. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit them solely to operate the Service for you. We may screen uploads and reject or remove any that violate these Terms.

Generations are produced by third-party AI models accessed through our infrastructure providers. Some models carry their own upstream terms, which you agree to by using them. In particular, video models provided by ByteDance (such as Seedance 2.0) require that:

• no minors or minor-looking characters are depicted;
• no real people or celebrity likenesses are depicted;
• no non-consensual intimate imagery is created;
• no copyright or trademark is infringed;
• no illegal or deceptive content is created;
• you obtain and maintain all necessary rights and consents in the inputs you provide and the outputs you use.

We do not control and are not responsible for the internal behavior of third-party models, and we may add, replace, or remove models at any time.

To the extent permitted by law and by the upstream model terms, we assign to you whatever rights we hold in the outputs generated for your account. You may use them for personal purposes. Note that AI generation is non-deterministic: similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users, and we give no warranty that any output is unique, accurate, or free of third-party rights issues. You may not present generated content as depicting a real person or a real event. You are solely responsible for how you use, publish, and share your outputs.

An honest word on quality. Many of the models available on the Service were adapted for adult content rather than originally designed for it, and every current AI model has hard technical limits: anatomy, hands, motion, and fine detail can and sometimes will come out wrong, and no model can physically fulfill every prompt. We do everything reasonable on our side to maximize quality — we curate the model lineup, tune per-model settings, and offer an optional prompt enhancer that rewrites your idea into a model-ready brief. The remaining half of the equation is the prompt itself: clear, specific, well-formed prompts produce dramatically better results. Because of this, a result that falls short of your expectations is not a defect of the Service and does not qualify for a refund (Section 4).

We may, but are not obligated to, review prompts, uploads, and outputs. We may refuse a generation, delete content, void credits obtained through abuse, and suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, with or without notice, including to comply with law or to protect users, third parties, or the Service. Suspected child sexual abuse material is reported to the relevant authorities.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITH ALL FAULTS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY OUTPUT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. AI OUTPUTS MAY BE INACCURATE OR UNEXPECTED; YOU USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR CONTENT, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) USD 50.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator of the Service from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with: your uploads, prompts, or outputs; your use or misuse of the Service; your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right; or any content you publish or share that was created with the Service.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time via contact@livedreams.ai. We may suspend or terminate access at any time for a violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. Credits remaining on an account terminated for abuse or fraud are forfeited; otherwise, termination does not entitle either party to a refund except as described in Section 4.

You agree to try to resolve any dispute with us informally first by contacting contact@livedreams.ai. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved on an individual basis only: you waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its revision date. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Content Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, merger, or sale of the Service.
