Content Policy

• You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).
• All outputs are AI-generated fiction involving fictional adults. Generated content must never be presented as depicting a real person or a real event.
• Adult content that is legal, consensual, and fictional is allowed. The prohibitions below are absolute and apply to prompts, uploads, and outputs alike — including text, images, and video, in any style (photorealistic, anime, or otherwise).

The following are banned in all cases, with zero tolerance:

• Minors. Any content that depicts, sexualizes, or involves a minor or a minor-looking character — including “aged-up” characters, school or student settings, loli/shota styles, and any attempt to bypass this ban through wording. Suspected child sexual abuse material is reported to NCMEC and/or the relevant law-enforcement authorities.
• Real people. No depictions of real people — celebrities, public figures, influencers, ex-partners, acquaintances, or anyone else — without their explicit, documented consent. No deepfakes. No “looks like” requests.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery. No intimate or sexual depictions of any real person without their consent, and no content that depicts, promotes, or normalizes non-consensual sexual acts, coercion, or sexual violence.
• Bestiality and incest themes, in any style, fictional or otherwise.
• Intellectual-property infringement. No use of copyrighted or trademarked characters, brands, or works in inputs or outputs without the necessary rights.
• Illegal or deceptive content. Nothing created for fraud, blackmail, extortion, defamation, harassment, impersonation, or any purpose that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.

You may upload photos and videos as references or first frames. For every upload you must be able to truthfully confirm that:

• you own the media or hold every right needed to use it this way;
• every person depicted is an adult who has explicitly consented to being depicted and to this specific use;
• the upload itself complies with Section 2.

Uploads may be screened automatically and, where necessary, reviewed manually. We may reject an upload, request proof of rights or consent, and remove media at our discretion. Uploading someone without their consent is a permanent-ban offense.

Some models available on the Service are provided by third-party developers and carry their own usage terms, which you accept by using those models. Video models provided by ByteDance (including Seedance 2.0) require that:

• no minors or minor-looking characters are depicted;
• no real people or celebrity likenesses are depicted;
• no non-consensual intimate imagery is created;
• no copyright or trademark is infringed;
• no illegal or deceptive content is created;
• you obtain and maintain all necessary rights and consents in the inputs you provide and the outputs you use.

These upstream terms apply in addition to — never instead of — this policy. Where an upstream provider updates its terms, the updated terms apply from their effective date.

• Prompt-layer blocking. Prompts and uploads are screened before, during, and after generation. Policy-violating runs are rejected; rejected runs are automatically refunded.
• Content removal. We may delete any prompt, upload, or output that violates this policy, from anywhere on the Service, at any time.
• Account action. Violations lead to warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent bans depending on severity. Severe violations (anything involving minors, non-consensual imagery of real people, or illegal use) mean an immediate permanent ban on the first offense. Credits obtained through abuse are forfeited.
• Legal reporting. We report suspected CSAM and other illegal content to the appropriate authorities and preserve related records as required by law.

To report content or a user that violates this policy, email contact@livedreams.ai with a description and, if applicable, a link or screenshot. We review every report. If you believe your content or account was actioned in error, you may appeal at the same address; a human reviews every appeal.

We may tighten this policy at any time; the current version with its revision date is always on this page. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
